Mr. Patel had been the Additional City Engineer with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. With over 35 years of hands on experience, he has put in massive efforts in looking after the construction of houses for the urban poor by engaging in Slum Relocation and in-situ Redevelopment; also the EWS/LIG houses under different schemes/programs by GoG, GOI. He has worked assiduously in zonal administrative and engineering projects related to public services. Carbon Neutral Initiatives

We are dedicated to environmental stewardship through our comprehensive Carbon Neutral Initiatives. Our completed project, Capital Square in Gift City, Gandhinagar, is a modern coworking space for over 800 seats, designed to be carbon neutral and minimize environmental impact.

To ensure transparency, a carbon neutrality audit was conducted by TÜV India, certified our Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions per ISAE 3410, ISO 14067, ISO 50001 ISO 14064-1, PAS 2050 and PAS 2060 standards. Collaborating with Deloitte, we assessed our GHG emissions and followed strategic recommendations to offset them by purchasing carbon credits from Veera, supporting global carbon offset projects We lead in sustainable real estate development, championing carbon-neutral activities and investing in credible carbon offsets for a greener future.

Sustainability is at the core of our operations. We avoid unnecessary resource consumption by implementing a paperless workflow, leveraging our advanced ERP system for digital documentation. This enhances efficiency while significantly reducing waste. We actively reduce our carbon footprint by promoting electric vehicle adoption among our team and stakeholders, supporting a cleaner, greener urban environment. To offset our environmental impact, we invest in sustainable initiatives that contribute to carbon neutrality, ensuring responsible energy use and waste management. At PRANA, We are redefining urban living through innovative Vertical Greenery in our landmark high-rise project. In Ambaji district, Gujarat, we are empowering local communities through sustainable education initiatives that foster holistic development. Our efforts focus on enhancing education quality and supporting underprivileged students, especially girls.  

Infrastructure Improvement: Upgrading school facilities, classrooms, and learning tools to create a stimulating environment for students.

Child Education Programs: Providing education, transportation, and career guidance to schoolgirls, with many now excelling in government jobs, medicine, and engineering.

As of December 2024, we have supported 1,062 high-risk malnourished women, leading to 962 successful pregnancies. Remarkably, there have been zero maternal or newborn deaths among our beneficiaries, reflecting the impact of our dedicated care.

Primary Health Centre & Community Care:   A state-of-the-art health center on our school premises provides accessible healthcare, regular check-ups, vaccinations, and health education for the community.

Fighting Tuberculosis in Ambaji: Our efforts in early detection and treatment have reduced the TB prevalence rate in Ambaji from 5% to 0.5%, showcasing our commitment to eradicating preventable diseases.

Maternal & Child Health Support: We provide prenatal and postnatal care, ambulance services, and doctor facilities, ensuring safe pregnancies and healthy births. Our efforts have resulted in zero pregnancy failure and no child malnutrition.

Comprehensive Healthcare: We organize health camps, awareness drives, and vaccination programs, educating the community on hygiene, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.

Social Upliftment

We are committed to uplifting vulnerable communities, ensuring they live with dignity and hope. Since April 2022, in collaboration with Sambhav Trust, we have distributed 3,450 kits as of December 2024. Every month, 100 beneficiaries continue to receive support without interruption, reinforcing our dedication to sustainable impact.

Supporting Salt Workers:   We focus on helping salt workers who face harsh working conditions and challenges during retirement, often without family support.

Monthly Food Kit Distribution: To ease their burdens, we provide monthly food kits with essential groceries, ensuring balanced nutrition and financial relief.

Reaching the Neediest: Our team actively identifies those most in need, building trust within the community to deliver targeted support.
